QLD king prawns, wood fired with garlic, chilli, capers & olive oil.

SECONDI

Rigatoni Ragu’ :

8 hours slow cooked oxtail and pork shin ragu’, crushed san Marzano tomamtoes.

Vitello Siciliana :

bbq milk fed veal, garlic, parsley, chilli.

Rocket salad & seasonal vegetables.
