When the chance came to open another neighbourhood restaurant, we jumped at it. After the success of Roy’s By Gemelli in Sorrento, we wanted to bring the authentic Italian flavours Gemelli is known for to Carrara.
Papa Rolly’s is named in honour of Alec, James, and Paul’s late grandfather, Rolando.
