Our menu, inspired by our Italian heritage, features fresh, in-house-made pasta crafted daily using 00 flour and free-range eggs. This attention to detail ensures that every dish we serve is of the highest quality. We also take pride in our wood-fired pizzas, cooked traditionally to capture the true essence of Italian flavour.
Gemelli, which translates to “twins” in Italian, was founded by brothers who grew up steeped in Italian culinary traditions. From annual family rituals like sauce and salami making with Nonno to sharing wine with loved ones, our passion for Italian food and culture is deeply ingrained in our approach to cooking.

With our four locations all located in Queensland, including James Street, Nobby Beach, Sorrento and our Broadbeach restaurant, we are fortunate to have access to some of the finest seafood and meat. This allows us to incorporate locally sourced ingredients into our dishes, supporting local producers and ensuring the freshest flavours for our guests. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our choice of ingredients and our effort to reduce our environmental footprint.
