The ‘Vegana’ pizza was added especially to our menu for our vegan patrons. Freshly made pizza dough contains no cheese and is topped with a delicious pumpkin base, walnuts, peppery rocket leaves, fresh cherry tomato and zucchini cooked in our traditional wood fired oven for that perfect flavour.

Garlic Focaccia

We love this Antipasto for how simple, yet flavourful it is. A thick crust of wood fired bread is rubbed with roasted garlic, seasoned with excellent Sicilian sea salt and garnished with fresh oregano.

Rocket Salad

This deceptively simple, yet fiendishly flavourful ‘Rocket Salad’ is all about the fine balance between contrasting flavours. The peppery bite of rocket leaves is softened by plump cherry tomatoes, with a bit of red onion to sharpen things up, and a delightfully indulgent addition of savoury parmesan with complex balsamic dressing. We highly recommend this Gemelli classic.

Arancini Al Funghi

For those who like a hearty Antipasto course, we recommend the ‘Arancini Al Funghi’, a crumb-fried rice ball with a medley of mushrooms, fresh buffalo mozzarella, fine truffle oil and rich parmesan, all tied together with a traditional Napoli sauce.
